Westfield Gift Card
The Westfield Gift Card is simple to buy and even easier to use, giving your friends and family the choice of more than 175 shops full of great gift ideas.
How it works
Simply ask a member of Concierge (located near Lush on Level 1) to load the value you would like to give as a gift onto the card and they will activate it for you.
There is a small activation fee of just £2 per card which will come packaged in a stylish presentation envelope.
When the card is presented to the recipient, they should sign the reverse and keep it safe until they have exhausted the balance.
The recipient has at least 12 months from the date of purchase to use their gift card. And they have the freedom to redeem their gift at any store within Westfield Derby that accepts Maestro debit cards.
Checking the balance
The balance can be checked here or by telephoning the Customer Service team on 0870 730 7343. Alternatively please ask at Concierge and a member of our team will assist you.
