We have a dedicated Concierge team who are here to help, no matter how small the request may seem!
Concierge is located on Level 1 near Lush.
You will find someone to help you between the hours listed below:
Monday - Wednesday: 8.30am - 7.30pm
Thursday & Friday: 8.30am - 9.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 7.30pm
Sunday: 10am - 5.00pm.
The team members are knowledgeable, not only about Westfield Derby's stores and services, but Derby city centre as a whole.
You'll also be able to plan your journey home at one of two dedicated travel information points.
